Equipment features of vertical anodizing system:

                                

*High Capacity: Max capacity can reach 3500 T/M per month.

*Low Consumption: Comparing with the same monthly capacity

of horizontal line, vertical anodizing line would save 30 people in

each shift, less 20%-30% energy and chemical agents, 50%

area smaller than horizontal anodizing line.

*Automatic controlling system. It can be changed between full

automatic and half automatic computer controlling system.

Cranes can run automatically. For reduce the manual factors

and ensure the stable technical conditions, convenient

operation and superior quality, vertical anodizing line adopts

centralizing control room to control the situation of profile online.
